GET OUT AND GO

As someone who has been running since childhood, I have been able to maintain. Now, I have had moments where I gave up, but came back and started running again. As for those of you who are not as in to running as myself, then starting back will be difficult. Because you have so many people who have not been consistently running since high school. My advice would be for these people to take things slow, like literally. Meaning don’t go out and run 6 – 10 miles like me, I would say, get on a treadmill first. Then after a few months go outside and run in the neighborhood.

VALUE OF A GOOD RUN

As you run more and more, you’ll start to notice how your body becomes a lot more custom to moving in the direction of the run faster and faster. Even as you awake in the morning your body will get the feeling of strength and endurance. Now, I lift weights in addition to running in the neighborhood. You also have the internal factors that aid in making you healthy. The most important is cardiovascular benefits for proper blood flow to and from the heart. Another side note, make sure you’re eating properly, otherwise the running could prove to be quite difficult.

TELL THE CHILDREN

My mother always told me to go outside and play. During the course of playing I took a liking in running and playing. And when you’re good at it, you get hooked on it. Most people are not athletically inclined, so they struggle to get back in the groove of things once high school is over. You no longer have to keep yourself fit. So there is this inability to stay in shape. So this is why we have to tell the youth how important it is. But how does this happen when the parents of the children are overweight themselves.

This episode is regarding how you feel over time with your fitness journey.  In my opening, I have my introduction speech regarding the opening of the episode. I first go into the initial feeling you are supposed to feel. Then I talk about the real feeling of going to the gym and the effects on the body. And there are upsides to working out, but we also have to talk about not overworking. Because if you do so you will strain yourself. Next, we talk about why people are so unfit and how we should be getting people more involved to like our friends and family.  We should make this a government initiative because there are so many overweight people in America.
