PERFORMANCE FEARS: HOW DO YOU HANDLE SEXUAL ANXIETY?

You see someone you’re attracted to, and this feeling of arousal comes across you. You have to kind of keep this hidden because you can’t just openly always speak about your feelings. Not everything that is felt needs to be spoken about. Then how are you going to express this feeling? Because you can’t just come out and speak. So let’s try to find a way to get what you want without speaking outward. This means having some sort of game plan. And that sounds easier said than done. Because whether you know it or not, people struggle, especially men getting sex from women. But what happens once you do make it all the way to the bedroom? Here is where we get into the problems of performance in which the post is based on.

IN THE MOMENT

I remember being in college when I lost my virginity for the first time. And it was with the same girl, but there were problems when it came to the performance. Maybe it was because it was my first time, but there is something intimidating about your first time. You really don’t know what to expect because it is something you have never done before. Now after the act, you should know how to perform. Well, not necessarily because it’s not about how many times you perform. You have to pay attention to the person and their needs. So having sex with ten people where you’re focused on the other person’s needs is me important then a person that is with fifty people just to go through the motions. In other words, just experiencing alone is not good enough. You have to learn something while going through the motions.

INCREASING SEX LIFE

If you are someone that want to make your sex life better, how do we go about doing so? Well, we are in a time where at least for men, few men are having sexual relationships. And this has an ability to affect our connections to the opposite sex. Small tactile things are negatively hurt. For example, when boys start wearing cologne, you already know he is into dating and girls. When a guy goes from sleeping on a futon to having a king-sized bed, then he is interacting with women. Those are the tactile things I mean, and they have been lost it seems in today’s society. Those are just the hygiene factors, but what about how we talk amongst ourselves.
