PANDEMIC WOES

Ever since the lockdown stemming from the Corona Virus, countless people have lost their jobs across the country. Some people had very amazing careers that halted and now they are in limbo. Even myself have been in a weird position since the lockdown from last year. I have had to make some major adjustments including traveling a longer distance for the new job I have which gives me less time for anything else. I went from working and building my resume in other areas to working and sleeping, which causes a lot of anxiety and depression, but I have held on. On the other hand hand there are those that don’t.

MAKE SOMETHING UP

I was the news and saw that here in New York City people who were Broadway actors taking on roles as custom florists and chefs. It’s some of the weirdest things that some people have had to that is so different from what they actually do. I am at Amazon fulfillment center where you have people that used to be school teachers. These instant job shifts leave people mentally broken because they are doing something that under normal circumstances would not be doing. Creating something to do and finding work is daunting in a world where you’re encouraged to not go outside. Once the world reopens, who knows what will transpire.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

STUCK IN THOUGHT

I have been over the past months trying to figure out how to make the best of my situation. This pandemic is hurting emotionally and making you fear month to month. So how do you turn your life around and make some changes where you can turn a bad thing good? Because going another year of this will bring the country on the brink of massive unrecoverable collapse. Whatever the case may be, people are closely watching the new administration in the White House and their decisions.

As for this episode, I am uploading this one to let you know what it feels like to exercise.  And I go through how the feeling of exercise will bring others close to you as well.  I had to start by asking the question to the people regarding what is exercise.  Then I had to open the possibility of maybe exercise was an invention. But I went into how it possibly was more of an innovation. Now where in the world did it start, if there was ever a start? But there had to be a time period where exercise became popular and grew in our society. So from there I talk about days to exercise and the workout plans. Along with the plans, the nourishment such as food and beverages that go into the body. And lastly my mental state and what I have learned.
