PANDEMIC WOES

Ever since the lockdown stemming from the Corona Virus, countless people have lost their jobs across the country. Some people had very amazing careers that halted and now they are in limbo. Even myself have been in a weird position since the lockdown from last year. I have had to make some major adjustments including traveling a longer distance for the new job I have which gives me less time for anything else. I went from working and building my resume in other areas to working and sleeping, which causes a lot of anxiety and depression, but I have held on. On the other hand hand there are those that don’t.

MAKE SOMETHING UP

I was the news and saw that here in New York City people who were Broadway actors taking on roles as custom florists and chefs. It’s some of the weirdest things that some people have had to that is so different from what they actually do. I am at Amazon fulfillment center where you have people that used to be school teachers. These instant job shifts leave people mentally broken because they are doing something that under normal circumstances would not be doing. Creating something to do and finding work is daunting in a world where you’re encouraged to not go outside. Once the world reopens, who knows what will transpire.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

STUCK IN THOUGHT

I have been over the past months trying to figure out how to make the best of my situation. This pandemic is hurting emotionally and making you fear month to month. So how do you turn your life around and make some changes where you can turn a bad thing good? Because going another year of this will bring the country on the brink of massive unrecoverable collapse. Whatever the case may be, people are closely watching the new administration in the White House and their decisions.

HOW DOES FITNESS MAKE YOU FEEL OVER TIME In The Know Podcast

This episode is regarding how you feel over time with your fitness journey.  In my opening, I have my introduction speech regarding the opening of the episode. I first go into the initial feeling you are supposed to feel. Then I talk about the real feeling of going to the gym and the effects on the body. And there are upsides to working out, but we also have to talk about not overworking. Because if you do so you will strain yourself. Next, we talk about why people are so unfit and how we should be getting people more involved to like our friends and family.  We should make this a government initiative because there are so many overweight people in America.
