
GYM
Everyday, I try to make it home from work and go to the gym for a 1 hour workout. It’s a tough job, but I manage to get this workout done. Trust and believe, I leave work and because of public transportation, I will be getting home from work two hours later. And later my workout and meal, I usually don’t get much sleep for the first four days of the week. So once I reach the gym after walking by the way, I have to get to work immediately. Well, I bet you guys are wondering what I do once I get there. I have a few workouts already lined up.
ROUTINE
Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays are the upper body days and Tuesday & Thursday the lower body. My upper body routine would be bench press. The upper and lower body workouts, I perform a pyramid workout. Meaning the upper body goes as follows. For example, the bench press: 3 sets of 5-7 225 lbs., 2 sets of 3-5 at 275 lbs., and 1 set of 295 lbs. Then there is the peck deck machine where I will perform sets of 12 at 235 lbs. Then I will do 2 sets of 10 at 265 lbs. and 1 set of 295 lbs. Then twice I week I will be performing my leg workouts that’s a leg press machine, leg curls, and squats. For example, my leg press machine workout is 1 sets of 8 at 1,055 and then 2 sets of 10 at 825 lbs. and lastly 3 sets of 12 at 645 lbs.
POST WORKOUT
After I have completed my workout, now it is time for me to head home and shower up. Then once this has been complete, I prepare my meal and have a drink of my post workout shake from GNC. This is the day of working and at the end of the week I am checking my weight because I want to gain more weight but over time like I have done continuously already.
