I HATE YOU FOR YOUR SUCCESS: WHY SOME MAY HATE YOU FOR YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS

Hi Haters Scrabble Tiles on White Surface

“Your life their entertainment.”

self loath

I spoke in short about this very particular topic in the past. And that is that be prepared for you career to bring in hate as you climb the ladder to success. Because people will use your success as a means to understand why they are not achieving in their own lives. There will be all types of reasons as to how you had a different opportunity than they themselves had. But the reality is, very few people as oppose to the majority have a story that made it difficult for them to succeed. A lot more people just settled into a life, and or did not want to put in the time it takes to formulate into the person they wanted to become.

they hate you most the closer they are

You ever see a successful entertainer come out of their city and become a hit elsewhere. They are the most hated in their hometown the most. Why, well when you are from one place, they remember what you used to be. And it doesn’t dawn on them why you are who you are now. But most of all, you are a reminder of the time they wasted not doing anything. Now, if you come from a small place, then the hate will really grow because you found a way out of a situation so many want to do. I saw this first hand with a professional athlete from my small city. As with so many who were able to go on a do great things, so many didn’t. And he was a former street kid, turned athlete. So he really had people that were hurt over their situation.

how do you respond

How do you plan on approaching the hate yourself? That is the only thing you need to know. And if you are able to approach the situation and deal with it, then fine. And it should be a easy decision because someone else’s bad decisions have nothing to do with you.

THE PARIAH PEOPLE: WHY WERE BLACK PEOPLE CHOSEN TO BE THIS PARIAH IN HISTORY

Man's Face

“Chosen, yet why?”

the history

The African American population has inhabited the United States since the original Africans were brought to America in the early 1600’s. And since then there has been consistent discrimination. But my question would be, “Why our group?” There has never been major invasions globally of African people conquering people and destroying their culture. When was the last time anyone of African descent invaded a country and robbed them of their resources? Or better yet, show the recent evidence of the African on European, or African on Asian, or African on Australian genocide. It has not happened yet we are more disliked than groups who doled out the actions throughout history.

not about “us” but about “us”

When the Americas’ was in the process of being built. Or better yet, when the land was being sought for control by Europeans from Natives, we weren’t here. What was the decision behind the groups being chosen. Were other groups taken into consideration when looking to build this new land? Well, for one, Africa and Europe are so close, especially the groups that took part in the Transatlantic Slave Trade. Another aspect of the chosen group would be who has the least ability to defend ones self. The technology was at a higher scale for that of Europeans for the time period. So being able to thwart off an enemy was more difficult for Africans. Ethnic conflicts that existed between tribes in Africa that didn’t exist in close European groups aided in the exploitation of groups of Africans. The numbers of people who were in close proximity to Europe was an advantage as well. But also, trying to use Europeans for slaves would have been impossible considering the owners were White. Difficult to establish a system where Whites are in power, subjugating Whites without a buffer group.

psychological takeover

There was one point in time where a 16 year girl could marry a 30 year old man. But that is considered statutory rape with a minor today. Yet we don’t have a special group of people who are different from the past. We don’t all of a sudden have morals now, we were just born in a time where that’s not ok. We think it’s our morale, yet when you’re born a system on this is how things work, it shapes our point of views and perspectives. So the systemic construct was this group is this way, this is how you shall feel about them. Meaning for the longest time, Black people were considered 75% people and 25% property. How do you convince an entire society that a person is only three-quarters human? You place science behind it, considering the average person is laymen and not well-educated they follow those who appear to have the extensive knowledge.

Here is where that logic fell apart, it was illegal for Black people to read. An offense that was nearly worse than escaping from a plantation. 75% human, but so much fear in letting a person read. It’s because they weren’t 75%, they were 100% and reading could make you aware of the intertwined construct. But outside the science, is the idea of the dominant learned ones in power knowing more than ourselves. We follow to a great degree what those in higher position think and feel because we “perceive” them to be better or more learned than self. Especially if the system we are living under is working. We say, “It may be wrong, but it’s working.” “So they must be doing something right.”

the control of ones likeness

I have watched countless videos of people giving their perspective on Blacks in America from outside the country. And somewhere in the video, they are asked why they feel this way. And time and time again it has always been, “It’s what we seen on television/cinema/music/etc.” So I think to myself, are we this really hated group, or is it that the world knows what is shown to them. Because close to 100% of people outside America will never come in contact with us (Black people) here in America. And since Black people in America are so communal, we rarely leave our neighborhoods. So the only insight into who were are comes through the medium of T.V. and film. Yet we are not the major exporters of our likeness globally. And that is almost an even bigger problem than issues here in America. The need to have a say in self is very important. We are the only group where another group tells the world at large who we are without the input of that group. And that is something that shall be curbed. But it must be curbed by the people themselves. And when I say people I mean Black people. It shall never be left up to White men and women to interpret us to the world, that is our job. You never look to another group for affirmation as to who you are as a person. Because your likeness will be expressed based on how I see you, not necessarily based on who you are as a group.

NEGATIVITY: WHY PEOPLE LIKE TO SEE OTHERS SHORTCOMINGS

Image result for negativity

“They project on to you what they hate about themselves.”

Life will always have people who thrive off of negativity, but with the advent of social media, it has been magnified even more. Doesn’t matter if it’s a celebrity, or if it’s an average Joe. People love to talk about all the bad things in another individual’s life. Now, like I said, you will always have these types of people. Yet, the only way to show them that they’re winning is to continue to feed into the negativity that they project onto you. So how do remove yourself from it, but at the same time you still need to coexist in this society. You can’t fully turn away from everything because then you lose your relevance and ability to exist in the dominant society. For starters, people have to know your mentality when it comes to how they approach you with information. With my personality, everyone knows that I will give you very little to feed off of in life. So I’m rarely approached with anything negative because I have no problem shutting you down in the rudest way.

But where does all of this negativity stem from; because it has always been around. One of the main reasons that people are negative is because when the world is moving around you, yet you’re still in the same position as you have always been the taste of sour grapes fill your mouth. And when that taste enters your mouth, instead of pointing to self, we find so many reasons why it’s someone else or hate someone else’s success. Why is it so hard to except your own failures. Because as a human we look at ourselves as these special creatures. It’s an ideology which stems so much from religious beliefs. You’re told you’re in God’s likeness, watched over by God, loved by God, then your parents cuddle you. So when you step into society and there is nothing for you, it becomes someone else’s problem. People have a hard time admitting they’re not good, or lack any real talent. And will find any reason to fight against those who do.

Especially, especially the people close to them in life. If you think strangers hate is real, try the people close to you. Whether you know it or not, your biggest adversary might be in your own inner circle. They see you all the time, know you, might have grown up with you. So when you go places in life they don’t, instead of using that as fuel to propel themselves, they take pleasure in trying to burn your building down that you built. Why? Well two reasons, one who struggling really spends time showing love for those prospering. But another reason they fight against you is because you remind them of how much time they’ve wasted in life. Not only time, but had they have put in the work, what they could have been. And what’s scary is that you can never get that time back again. Your success not only becomes their failure, but you the success becomes a walking conspiracy theory. You must have been given something no one else was given.

Yet, is it all about success being hated by failures. No, you have successful people who hate on other successful people. The negative successful person A) is angry at the other successful person B) because two reasons. Success A) fears this person passing them up, so they are no longer holding that top spot. But also, Success A) use to walk into a room and everyone loved them, now they have to share the spotlight with B). You see, in the end, negative people will always be around, but what they really need is for you to care. Once they see that you care, it’s like sharks circling their prey. Negativity is its own cruise ship out to sea, with no other passengers but the negative person. Yet, who wants to ride on a cruise alone. So negative passengers need more people on this cruise so they can have people to self-loath with out to sea.

MODERN DAY SLAVERY: WHY AREN’T GOVERNMENTS ADDRESSING THE BUYING AND SELLING OF AFRICANS IN LIBYA

Image result for LIBYA SLAVERY

“We all know, yet we all except it.”

Recently, there have been reports of the buying and selling of Africans into Libya as farm hands. Men and women being sold for as low as $400 and so far the only people that have really took a stand are citizens of the world. Governments have not taken the appropriate actions of getting involved and stopping such practices. Yes, there have been politicians who have come out and condemned the actions, but there has yet to be a government intervention. And what’s even more disturbing is the fact that they are African, we sort of turn a blind eye. Yet if any man, woman, or child were being transported from Europe, you would see a global outcry. So the outcry is very selective; they won’t say because it’s Africa, but the reaction would be different.

Now, you might ask how so; well, look at the Rwandan genocide. The United Nations only intervened when they thought the European tourists would be in danger. Once the tourists were out, then the people were left to fend for themselves. And now, you’re witnessing the same move today. It seems like the only other option is for the people to defend themselves the best way they know to do so. Because if they are being bought and sold as property, you’re talking about the complete removal of the identity of a human being. And that alone goes to show that maybe the Libyans are taking a chapter from the American playbook. Because the United States was considered the wealthiest nation on Earth after slavery ended. That’s what happens when you have forced labor over a few centuries. So maybe this is their way of building their America in poverty stricken Libya.

I mean, think about it, since Muammar Gaddafi was killed, the people thought their lives were going to be better off. Now they’re starting to realize the promise for this better life is not going to happen. So they have resorted to buying and trading of Black Africans into slavery. Other reports I have read stated that a lot of people have hostility toward Black Libyans because of the preferential treatment from Gaddafi. Gaddafi had a Pan-African unification view that would allow for African countries to back their currencies with resources on the continent. Now, anyone that seems to represent that old regime is now being bought, sold, raped, even killed. Now, what I want to know is, how deep is this really? How much are we seeing that really tells the true story of this slave trade? Because there is something that is a little odd about a government that says they are sickened, but won’t do anything.

And in the end, a large aspect of the government in Libya not getting involved is because of the fractured government themselves. The government has so many internal issues that militias are being formed for people’s protection. A move that never would have taken place under the former leader Gaddafi. This just adds to the countries America felt needed its former leader out, but got a lot worse once the leader was killed. It happened in Afghanistan and Iraq; once the leaders considered tyrannical were ousted, the nation became worse off economically and more violent. So moving forward, there will be no change to the current buying and selling of Black males until the government can come together and get a hold on rebel forces that were once against Gaddafi.

SOCIETAL DECLINE: WHY ANGER IS REIGNING SUPREME

adult, anger, angry

“The easiest emotion to have and the hardest to lose.”

In America today, there is a new trend that is going around and that is the getting upset for the sake of being upset movement. I don’t think any one person started this trend, it’s just what has transpired over time. And a lot of it has to with our social media platforms. Never before have people been able to express themselves the way we’ve been able to do so in America until now. When looking at a platform like Facebook which has a community of about 800 million people globally, you’re talking they have a lot of influence. So much influence, that the election support of Barack Obama in both his election victories were pushed heavily on this platform. But with that comes the people who aim to take issue and express themselves outwardly, their anger.

But what is it? Is it that people are more angry today than any other time in history? Or is the number of angry people reflective of what it has always been? It’s just that in the past, people did not have a massive platform to express how they genuinely felt. Yet, there are indicators that point to why people are so angry in our society than just the internet. Yes when you look at past generations, they didn’t have constant reminders of how little they have in this world. You can click on a Google search engine and see photos of a life that you know people live that you don’t live. Or, there are images of how people look physically that make you think there is a standard that you don’t live up to, that you should be living. So with that said, maybe there is something to knowing too much about our lives.

Then again, if you look at the 1950’s and 60’s, that rock and roll-baby boom era, they had constant advertising of lifestyle in television, magazines, and newspapers. Whether it was the mom on television showing off the latest household appliance, or some movie where the main character was all dolled-up in expensive attire. And let’s not get started on the physical images that were marketed to so many young women in society. The most famous in the past had to have been the corset, where women wanted and were expected to have these slim waist. So with all that said, what has changed in society that contributes to the anger. And that one element that has changed is the employment market. Back decades ago, they were inundated with the same level information flow for their time period. But people also had jobs as well.

Now today, people are having a hard time sustaining in society financially. So seeing people live around them, they are constantly upset. What’s crazy is that there is more money to be made than any other time in history. And you don’t even need a boss to make an income. But like anything else in this world it takes time, a long time. And in the end, the problem with anger is people’s quality of life. It’s why our language is so sensitive, why we hate people for doing well, and follow negativity. It all makes us feel good about our own hell to see someone else there with us. So until the quality of life shift, you’ll continue to see this trend of anger in America.

DOUBTERS: WHY YOU ACTUALLY NEED THE HATERS IN YOUR LIFE

Image result for rejection

“You will never make it, so why try?”

We’re always taught in our lives to surround ourselves with good people.  Place yourself around those going in the same direction as you. But what happens when all of that is attempted to be derailed by someone who wants to kill your dreams. That means you have to work that much harder to make it happen yourself. Those dream killers are the doubters who either out loud or silently told you it would never happen. They are the ones who it didn’t work for them, and don’t want it to work for you. Where does it come from; why do they need to feel the need to bring you down? And why do you actually in a way need these type of people in your life.

Doubters are people who for a number of reasons may not want to see you succeed in your career of interests. You have the first group of doubters that are the ones that will tell you try something else. They are flat out not interested in anything you do. They see you in the present state and can’t see past that point. You’re perceived by them as a slacker or loser. So they can’t get around the loser that is you. So to them you’re going to always be what your are. Another group of doubters are the people whose careers didn’t pan out so they have to tell you how much it won’t work for you. To them, they couldn’t make it and there is no way you’re better than them. So they just know you’ll fail in life. And if you do succeed, they’ll find the most negative stuff to say about you.

The third group of doubters are the people who have their success and don’t want you to surpass them. To them, you are a threat and must be stopped. But they are not going to just stop you, they’ll be overly negative. The goal is to get you to quit because a lot of times you work for them. They are comfortable with you under them and can’t stand you above where they think you should be. Kind of how comedians have come out recently after Kevin Hart. They were fine when he was below them, now he’s way above them, and now there is every reason to say he doesn’t deserve it. But the last group of doubters are the flat out hate group. They usually have no real discernible talent, and need to bring you down. Because your success further shows how much of their life was a waste. Especially if they remember when both of you were at the bottom. It shows how much time they’ve wasted in their lives.

Now, with all that I have stated, why do we need these doubters? Well, first and foremost they push us to be better. There is no motivation like people telling you you’re not good enough. You work overtime to prove them wrong. But I think the biggest reason we need doubters is to gain an insight into the human psyche. People who doubt you expose aspects of their personality. And not because of criticism; but hate. Criticizing someone is fine when you have a solution to make a situation better. But hate for the sake of hate let’s you in on who the criticizers are internally. And in the end that’s the just of doubters. They have their own internal workings going on. But how they see you and who you really are is totally different. As long as you have self-awareness, what they say has no hold.

CHANGE THE LANGUAGE, BUT NOT THE CONDITION: HOW AMERICA PUTS YOU BACK INTO SITUATIONS

adult, casual, collection

“We change the language, but not the condition.” – George Carlin

Diversity, diversity, diversity!! That’s all we hear into today’s society. We must be impartial and open to different ethnic groups and cultures. But are we really as diverse as we think we are in America? We put this image out there that we must embrace everyone, but do you really want to embrace everyone. You really want to be honest and say that certain groups of people make you uncomfortable. Yet if you do, it makes you sound just as aggressive as the people you fight against. So what is the real face of diversity? And how does it have an effect on people who believe in the diversity?

Well, I was in attendance at a high school graduation not long ago and I heard a key not speaker say that they were a very diverse school. Now looking into the crowd, I myself didn’t see much diversity. But the guy started talking, and the more he talked the more I picked up on the problemImage result for un flags that is looming beneath the language. The entire audience was predominantly White males and females. But the problem wasn’t a predominantly White audience, it was the deeper issue with the guy’s language. He said that we have a diverse student body of kids from Italy, France, Germany, Australia, and Spain. And I thought to myself, “What the White men and women in America come from where, outer space.”

And that’s when it hit me, that this diversity push is merely a way of creating new language, but the same construct. Because Black and White in America Related imageare not real ethnic groups, they are constructs. So you can’t say all White school, but you can say student body of Italian, French, and German. But that is what “White People” are in America. French, Germans, Italians, English, and Irish families who came to this country a century or so ago. So this is what we have done in America. Let’s take all these new, “White People,” from different parts of Europe, that are ethnically the same as the ones in America, and instead of White, let’s lead in with their respective countries. It’s only changing the language, but the construct is still the same.

Diversity is Jamaican, Puerto Rican, Indian, German, Iranian, Chinese, Russian, Kenyan, in a classroom. But see, that’s too real, so let’s get the same of what has always been and change the language. And what you do is put people right back in the same situation as the past. I spoke about this in the past  Related imageregarding the neighborhood of Harlem changing parts of its name. SOHA, meaning Southern Harlem, becomes such so that the “White People” moving in don’t have to be attached to the “Black People” already there; calling the new neighborhood name change trendy. All the while, anti-Trump posters hanging up and cultural acceptance signs are everywhere. Real diversity is not removing a group, but bringing what you have to add, on top of accepting what’s already present.

Fact of the matter is, you don’t want to accept it, furthermore, you want to destroy, even more than the people you’re fighting against. So instead of Related imageWashington Heights where a lot of the Dominican population live in New York City, let’s call it Upper Manhattan. I’m coming in with my LGBT acceptance, and anti-racism signs, and anti-Trump movement, yet I carry more disdain than the opposition. This is what is being carved out into Image result for lgbtthe American landscape. And what is taking hold is a new fight; the immigrant population of the same groups here from the old country, and the people who have been here for centuries from the old countries. But this new change is just a hybrid of the old way, making people who want to stay old fashioned feel bad, yet the new is adopting all the old stuff.

And in the end, that’s my problem with this new change in America. It’s not real change, not real love, it’s not real diversity. The people who are now in charge are saying all the right buzz words and not doing the right things, yet they’re still in charge. And it’s these people who want to chastise the populace, behaving the same as the populace. And this is how Trump became our commander in chief. Our dishonesty has become so strong, even the stuff he says that he shouldn’t feels good because it comes from a perceived real place.
