CEREBRAL REACH: WHAT IT TAKES TO HARNESS 100 PERCENT OF THE HUMAN MIND

analysis, blackboard, board

“Think about all the possibilities.”

the brain

The human brain is a very interesting and very complex organ in the human body. For the longest there has been a myth that humans only use 10% of our human brains. But that is such a bad myth, when in fact we use 100% of our brains throughout the day. The reason we have said 10% in the past is because we use such a small portion of our minds to its full potential. And that is where the confusion takes place. There is a difference between the brain in use and using the brain. Is there a science behind being able to harness the brain to its full potential? Is there a model that can be used to tap into the brain?

daily task

For the most part, our brains are used to get through the day performing mundane task. These task include cooking breakfast, completing a task on the job, exercising during the day, and raising children once you get home. These are repetitious daily task we do so much we no longer think to do them. And there lies the problem with the reason man is not able to harness the brain to its full potential of both physical and mental resources. Very few of us learn new things in life, so we stop evolving past a certain point. But for the curious ones that do continuously learn, they grow past everyone else.

use it or lose it

The brain is like any other muscle in the body that you must work over time. Just as you exercise your chest with bench pressing, or squats for leg strength, you must read to open your mind to new possibilities. You would think that I read a lot of novels pursuing writing, but I don’t. I actually read about psychology, health, motivation, biology, and social interactions. This aids in me writing characters for my screenplays because I know to a degree the human construct. So creating scenarios is easier than reading someone else’s work that is fiction. But in this, I observe people in society and base my claims about the life around all of us from the observation when people don’t think they are being watched. Which is usually the real behavior. That is how I use my mind.

scientific findings

There are so many findings in science, but I would really like to find the science of some people just born to know. I know there all these factors that play a role in those who can harness their mind to do better in life, than those that don’t succeed. Because I will be writing something not realizing how that idea got there, but it is there. Even before I started working the brain, things manifested within me. Hopefully science will be able to figure out what makes some of us able to figure out ourselves while others can’t. Below is a video from → National Geographics on the science behind the brain.

PHYSICALLY HEALTHY, BUT MENTALLY HURT: HOW TO FIX THIS SITUATION

“Where does your hurt come from?”

FINE ON THE INSIDE, HURT ON THE INSIDE

What happens in life when you feel good health wise? Better than you have ever felt in your life, but you still are not happy. That is the feeling of so many people. They feel sick and go to the doctor’s office only to find out they’re good. So what is the issue with them feeling so bad? I have been down this road where I feel hurt but I am not hurt. What could it possibly be that is making me hurt so bad. And I have written in prior posts how I have dealt with depression in my life. Where does this come from?

PLACES OF ORIGIN

Now, we can look to all these scientific reasons why we are physically healthy but mentally broken. It could be a chemical imbalance, or you are worrying about issues that are out of your control. People who consistently stress are the hypochondriacs and more severe are those who suffer from Munchausen Syndrome. Is there a definite way to cure such issues with people internally? Will there ever come a day where we figure out a cure for hurt, anxiety, and depression; best guess is no.

STEPS

There are ways that you can fix such issues. Now, that doesn’t mean everyone will be cured, but there are ways to treat. And even means of treating for those unable to afford clinical treatment.

  1. Admit that you are hurt and in pain. Knowing what the issue is, is important in finding a treatment.
  2. Be honest with yourself and be able to decipher if the problem is something within or outside. I say this because a lot of people have problems stemming from themselves. Yet they need someone else to shift blame to besides themselves.
  3. Next, know and understand that you are not alone with the issue that you have in life. So many deal with the same problems that you have to bear.
  4. Find a means of sharing your thoughts of how you feel in life. This is why I blog, write my books, and screenplays. Finding a way to cope with all you have to deal with by expressing yourself and getting it out into the world. Know you will be critiqued, but it’s about the bigger picture.
  5. Realize that putting yourself out there and excepting yourself removes the power others could potentially have to use your hurt against you.
  6. From taking back control over yourself and sharing with the world, you have the confidence to persevere. Living your truth is the most powerful realization in the world.
  7. Continue to persevere, but don’t forget for one moment where you used to be once you get to where your happiness takes you. It’s far too easy to get lost and digress back to those hurt times.

CONCLUSION

Above all, happiness is such an ambiguous term. What does that really mean? What does healthy living really mean? Some people never smoke and get cancer, while others drink a lot and live to great ages. Some people will have an abundance of wealth and lack satisfaction, while others live middle class and always remain content. Finding your balance is the main focus when living the good life.

POWER PLACE: THE GREATEST PLACE ON EARTH CAN EXIST IN THE HUMAN MIND

Image result for brain

“Your greatness is right above.”

CEREBRAL ZONE

The brain is a very important and powerful organ in the human body. It controls every aspect of the human, and it is the only organ that can not be transplanted. The brain is the central nervous system, where muscle movement is told what to do, gives signals out to the body regarding blood flow, and it is most used by us on the outside to think. And boy do we think; we think of all sorts of things to take place that we control. Only problem is, what happens once that mind is used in a more negative approach instead of positive.

POWERS

We as humans all posses to some degree a level of power with our minds. That means we have the ability to think up our futures into existence. Whatever we want to happen we can make it happen because we are given free will. But not just free, we have evolved into creatures that have what we perceive to be as rational decision making. And what’s rational sometimes can be up to the interpretation of the person making the decision. Yet, what happens when the decision being made is in the name of evil and not good. If one works their mind enough, you might even get others to follow your lead whereas you don’t have to lift a hand to do bad. The people who follow you will do the bad all on their own. Why, well because they want to believe that whatever they’re going through is someone else’s fault other than themselves. Where in our minds get us going to and motivate to act a certain way.

PARTS OF THE BRAIN: FUNCTIONS

The portion of the brain that regulates the sex drive, mood, drive, temperature, and thirst. This very tiny area of the brain is vital to the endocrine system.

This is the area of the brain that connects the left and the right side of the brain. It is important because it allows for communication between the two hemispheres.

The area if the brain where the two optic nerves cross. Beneficial in creatures that are meant to be predators on Earth.

Aids in relaying signals from the forebrain to the cerebellum. Aiding in the ability of a human to sleep, respiration, swallowing, bladder, hearing, and sight.

One of the most, if not the most important aspect of the brain because it deals with blood pressure, breathing, lungs, and heart rate.

The part of the brain that contribute to relaying information for the motor skills to and from the cerebellum.

This is the part of the brain that contributes to the functions of a human’s muscles.

HOW WE USE IT IS UP TO US

For us as people, with all the brain gives us, we can do so many things with it. The magic that it gives us can be seen in our infrastructures, physical abilities, and our various contributions to cultures. And what’s interesting is that there are parts of the human brain that we have never used. As a matter of fact, we only can harness a small portion of our overall human potential. Imagine as time go on what we are going to be able to accomplish.

TALK WITH SELF: IT’S NOT CRAZY IT’S HOW YOU WORK PROBLEMS

analysis, blackboard, board

“You’re not crazy, you’re just deep in thought.”

INTRODUCTION

You ever see people walking down the street and having conversations with themselves? It’s something you see all too often in New York City. But the ones who are having a real full on conversation that you can hear are the ones with other issues going on in their head. Me on the other hand, I have these conversations with self to work out problems. In which I will take myself out of body to have a conversation with self as if it’s more than one person. Then once I figure out solutions to these problems, I come back as one person, and learn to overcome obstacles.

WHY? WHY? WHY?

Now you might ask of me, “Why not just have a conversation with someone else; you know like a real human being?” Well, that’s not a crazy suggestion. The only problem with that, is that sometimes you want a solution to a real complex problem, and not an emotional driven response. Far too often when you have an issue geared at something more complex, people want to interject their belief systems into the equation. And that is such a divisive and ambiguous situation where you get nowhere. It’s actually (talking to self) how we have solved some of the most complex of science problems and found scientific discoveries. These problems solved and discoveries come from the ability to take yourself out of self to solve problems for self with no emotion in it.

HUH, HOW DOES THAT WORK!

Some of you might still be confused as to how you remove yourself from your body into the body of the thinker and not emotional. Because we all have an emotion that drives us and compels us to react a certain way. So how does one differ from the rest of society? This is how one differs from the rest of society. We all have the ability to be logical and rational. But for the most part, people who can create mathematical, scientific, technological, etc. breakthroughs are people who can get out of their own way. Meaning, having the emotion, yet checking it at the door to create something for the greater good. The majority of society can’t because we all feel what we believe is real. Intellectuals just realize, that overall, the majority of humans emotions aren’t going to progress society, so they don’t mean much. So with that, they can take themselves away from self, check their bias at the door, and ultimately create greatness in the their lives and the world at large.

HYPOCHONDRIACS: WHY DO WE WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT OUR HEALTH

Related image

“I feel fine, but something must be wrong.”

Do you know of anyone that might fall under the term of hypochondriac? Or better yet, are you one of those people who fall under this term? Hypochondriacs for those that are unfamiliar, are people with almost an obsessive feeling of illness from an undiagnosed condition. They are people who get a stomach ache and right off the back they know for a fact that they are dying of some form of cancer. Or for me at least, I have lost quite a bit of hair, so now I have this feeling of, “Oh my God, am I getting sick?” Or is it that I need to adjust my sleeping patterns and the food I eat. Because we worry so much, especially now in society than at any other point in history. And there may be some explained reason as to why someone might obsess over the idea of getting sick and feeling like they are worse than their true problem.

One of the reasons is that as people who are hypochondriacs, we tend to be more aware than the average person. And when I say aware, the idea of your mortality constantly sits in the back of your mind. And knowing this gives you a sense of urgency, so you don’t want to check out of the world too soon before you can accomplish your goals in life. Yes, death is inevitable, and something none of us can control, but no one wants to die young. Especially if there is so much that you have not yet accomplished. We freak out at the very thought of someone telling us we are ill. But what is crazy about hypochondriacs is that not only is there nothing wrong, we tend to be completely fine. And worrying sometimes brings upon stress that makes us more ill than the illness we fear that is inside of us. But what is another reason for hypochondria.

We also freak out over the idea that we are sick because in some weird psychological way, it makes us seek attention. We are typically lone types of people and we want someone to feel sympathy for us. Yes, that is a very me driven mentality to have, but it is true. Our side might hurt, and we immediately think, “Oh my God, I have Kidney disease.” When in reality we might just have a slight pain that eventually goes away. But we want to actually be sick so people can treat us like a special case. Our loved ones will galvanize and crowd around us, giving us their prayers. Sometimes hypochondriacs envision our own funerals, and how everyone mourns over us, then we play back in our minds what happened in our lives that brought us to the point of sickness, that ultimately led to death.

It all sounds crazy, and you know what it is crazy. In the end, hypochondriacs tend to be quite self-centered and overly aware. We’re sensitive to everything from the natural world, to the language we use among each other as people. And our sicknesses are almost the confirmation that we need to say something is wrong. It comes from a place of emptiness in our lives. Because anyone who receives fulfillment in life is not constantly thinking about death. They know it is a reality and just deal. But our mortality and the understanding of our mortality creeps hypochondriacs out. Yet, with that awareness comes the need to accomplish goals because we know we are not here on Earth but for a temporary stay.
