“Sleep well.”

6.5 to 8

When you are going to sleep, make sure that you are getting your appropriate time in bed. For myself, since I switched to working overnight, the days have really thrown me off. And now, I sleep only 5.5 to 6 hours. Now, I don’t know why I sleep less, but I do. No matter how tired I am, I just sleep less. And the problem that can arise from a lack of sleep range from slow response time to not being able to stay awake when you should be sleeping. So sometimes, on nights when I don’t work, I will stay awake longer and sleep at night. This way I am guaranteed to sleep 7 to 8 hours.

exercise recovery

Trying to exercise on limited sleep will not do you any good because my muscles are building the way they should. You have to give the body a rest time to regain strength. But when you are awake and not getting your proper sleep, you start to break down. So the process of getting stronger stalls. You also put yourself at risk of injury because you are not allowing the body to get its proper sleep so you can get stronger.

personality disorder

You ever have your attitude change frequently during the day? You might want to check to see if you are receiving the correct amount of sleep at night. You don’t sleep well and you might wake up irritated at the lack there of. But how do you get the right amount of sleep. Because your brain can trick the body into thinking you are fine, but then some time passes and you realize, no I didn’t get enough sleep. Lie down, or sometimes get your sleep in sections. Only problem with that is that you are awake when you should be sleeping. So, sleep well, for your mind and your body.
